Every call starts with a reason to talk.

- Each product names the industries that buy it and the smallest buyer worth a call. Businesses outside that fit are not called.

- Callers open with what the product does for that kind of business, using only claims the seller approved.

- Calls stay inside the calling hours where they are, and a request to stop is honoured across the whole network.

How it works
Self-serve on both sides.
Sellers list it
A business signs up, lists its brand and products, sets the commission and the claims a caller may make, and pays the listing fee. There is no one to wait on.
Callers switch it on
Callers sign up themselves and turn a brand, or a single product, on or off in one tap.
The business says yes
The caller books a meeting with the seller's expert, or registers the business for the product with its recorded consent.
Compliance
Every number is checked before anyone dials it.
Dialrise is being built so that a number cannot be called until the checks say it can. Unchecked means do not call.
Do-not-call registries
Checked before calling, and checked again once a check is more than 31 days old.
Calling hours
Judged in the other person's own time, by the state of their address and of their area code.
Stop means stop
A person who asks one seller not to call is not called by anyone on the network.
Consent for mobiles
Mobile numbers are dialed only with written consent to the seller.
Notice before recording
No call is recorded unless the recording notice was given first.
Each rule is confirmed by counsel before the first call is made.
